Portsmouth Student Housing

Portsmouth Student Housing offers affordable and comfortable housing for students at Portsmouth University.

We can currently provide an updated property in Telephone Road, Southsea which has all the amenities that a university student in 2013 would reasonably expect. This includes a communal living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and four letting rooms.  Benefits include gas central heating, double glazing (some recently modernised), new carpets, study desks in each bedroom, a new gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a shower unit.

The property is very close to the railway station of Fratton, a main line stopping place for trains to London, Reading, Brighton, Southampton, Bristol and other destinations; and also to local bus routes. It is within easy travelling distance of the main university campuses, both by foot and bicycle.

As such, Portsmouth Student Housing have recently installed a new dishwasher, cooker, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer to our property in Telephone Road. There are also the usual range of wall and base units, stainless steel sink unit, spotlights etc that would be expected. There is also a radiator, two new double glazed windows to side elevation, blinds and a ceramic tiled floor plus a large table and four dining chairs.

BACK LOBBY

Radiator, double glazed window to side elevation, blinds, door to bathroom and back door to garden.

BATHROOM

The bathroom has a recently installed panelled bath plus a separate modernised shower cubicle. There is also a pedestal wash hand basin, fully tiled walls, an extractor fan, a double glazed window to rear, ceramic tiled floor, blind, radiator, low cistern WC, pine bathroom cabinet and glass shelf and towel rail.
